1. Develop strong product knowledge of MPI products and capabilities
2. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to create an exceptional experience for the customer
3. Evaluate and implement special projects as needed to increase MPI revenue
4. Initiate frequent customer contact to develop and expand customer accounts
5. Develop a base of customers for future sales
6. Maintain a database of clients through CRM system (HubSpot)
7. Proactively networks for new customer contacts with intentions of building long-lasting relationships
8. Collects, analyses and reports to the President competitive information and market trends and participate in forecasting, pricing, and budgeting processes
9. Acts as a liaison between MPI and customers to facilitate and enhance working relationships to ensure customer needs are met
10. Responsible for achievement of planned revenue, account development and implementation for all products
11. Timely follow up with potential leads
12. Cold calling to develop leads and documenting those leads
13. Attend trade/technical shows as needed
14. Be able to travel including overnight stays
15. Attend weekly mandatory meetings
16. All other duties assigned
