As a Night Auditor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, manage financial records, and deliver excellent service to our late-night guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance the Books: Reconcile daily transactions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and prepare essential reports for management.
- Guest Service Excellence: Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, process check-outs, and address any inquiries or issues. Set out breakfast for guests.
- Security Focused: Monitor hotel security, conduct regular property checks, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during the night.
- Smooth Operations: Run the night audit process and prepare for the next day’s operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Personality: Independent, trustworthy, and able to manage time effectively in a quiet, overnight environment.
