| General Summary |
Provides professional customer service to students, staff, and constituents. Under direction of Assistant Registrar, is responsible for data input and maintenance of the registrar/records software modules. Processes records for new, current and returning students, and performs registration activities, including but not limited to transcripts, grades, and registration. Assists in delivering assessment services in the testing center including pre-enrollment assessments, course exams, and specialized assessments. Will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with college policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides professional customer service to students, staff, and constituents at the counter and on the phone. Assist students in using CCC web site (login, registration, checking grades, etc.) Performs general office task and related duties as assigned.

Manages the Assessment center services to include pre-enrollment assessment services. Provides proctoring services for the campus and administer Pearson Vue and Kryterion testing. Provides back up for Information Desk and other Student Services offices.
