Job Summary:
The Accounting, Titles & Parts Specialist provides essential administrative and financial support by managing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, processing vehicle titles, assisting with the receipt and stocking of incoming parts and trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling both office and warehouse-related tasks with strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments, including customer invoices and vendor bills
- Prepare and process vehicle title paperwork; ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Receive shipments of parts and trucks; ensure proper labeling and organization
- Stock parts in designated storage areas and update inventory records
- Maintain documentation and logs related to titles, parts, and financial transactions
- Support administrative office duties including phone calls, filing, and data entry
- Work closely with accounting, service, and parts departments to ensure coordination
- Assist with reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative or accounting roles required; experience with vehicle titles a plus
- Working knowledge of AR/AP practices and basic bookkeeping
- Comfortable with both office and light warehouse environments
- Ability to lift/move parts as needed (light to moderate physical activity)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting or dealership software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training preferred
