HANDLE ALL PROBLEMS THAT CANNOT BE HANDLED AT A LOWER LEVEL.ENSURE ALL PERSONNEL ARE IN PROPER WORKING UNIFORM AND NEAT IN APPEARANCE.ENSURE THE CLEANLINESS, ORGANIZATION, AND OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE STORE MEETS COMPANY STANDARDS AND IS IN PROPER WORKING ORDER, INSIDE AND OUT.REPORT ALL MAINTENANCE, CUSTOMER, AND PERSONNEL PROBLEMS TO UPPER MANAGEMENT REGULARLY.PROVIDE ANNUAL AND 90-DAY EVALUATIONS OF STAFF.IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.MAKE SURE ALL PERSONNEL ARE TRAINED
