What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in matching top talent with client needs while building strong relationships with candidates and customers. Your role will include:

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage potential candidates through online job boards, networking events, referrals and social media platforms. Build a pool of pre-screened candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess skills, perform reference checks and ensure candidates meet the qualifications for assigned roles. Administer assessments and drug tests as needed.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, communicate candidate qualifications and maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure successful placements.
• Sales Support: Provide leads to the sales team based on interactions with candidates and clients. Market top talent to existing and potential clients.
• Process Management: Document all activities, messages and client communications in our database. Act with urgency!
• Onboarding & Support: Conduct orientations and maintain ongoing follow-up with clients and associates throughout their assignments.
• Coaching & Development: Support associates throughout their employment journey, addressing concerns and attendance issues as needed.
• Community Engagement: Promote Associated Staffing Inc.'s opportunities by networking within the community and leveraging social media.
