We are looking for a dynamic and organized Special Events and Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including event planning, sales support, customer meetings, and special projects. The candidate will manage trade show registrations, coordinate sales conferences, and ensure a positive experience for customer meetings and interactions.
The candidate will also be involved in organizing and managing various special events that range from 25 attendees to 2,000 attendees, such as our Family Fun Festival, tailgates, leadership retreats, and more. This includes handling vendor management, bookings, invite design, RSVP management, on-site coordination, and payments. This role does not require any travel except for attendance for 2-3 days to Des Moines the first week of June.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years' experience with project management and/or event planning.
