Our company is looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist that is a self-starter, with the ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and has strong organizational skills along with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Support various office projects and marketing tasks as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
- Manage office documents, files, and records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist agents with marketing and utilization of company specific computer programs
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a related administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
