John Hamilton, a consultant with the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC), assists small business owners statewide.

Previously, John worked in management consulting for several organizations before becoming an independent consultant for over a decade, primarily focused on helping executives develop strategy and identify opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiency. He also has experience as an adjunct faculty for undergraduate business and MBA courses, international marketing manager, and evaluating economic development projects in emerging markets.

He has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics, an MA in International Affairs, and an MBA.

John finds it personally rewarding to help passionate entrepreneurs obtain the resources they need to start and/or grow their businesses.
