DESCRIPTION:The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce hosts an annual advocacy trip to Washington\, D.C. During this fly-in\, business and community leaders receive policy briefings from our national partners\, offering valuable insights and a federal perspective into the most pressing issues facing the Columbus business community. Attendees also benefit from extensive networking opportunities with fellow Chamber members and other community partners who attend the advocacy trip. Most importantly\, participants engage in personalized meetings with Nebraska's congressional delegation.\n\nOfficial programming begins at noon on Tuesday April 1st and concludes at 1pm on Wednesday April 2nd. \n\n\n\nTentative Schedule:\n\nMonday March 31st\n\nOptional Activities and Dinner including:\n\n9 Holes at East Potomac Park Golf Links\n\nNBA Game Wizards vs. Heat\n\nReservation at Filomena Ristorante\n\n\n\nTuesday April 1st\n\nLunch\n\nFederal Partner Meetings\n\nReception\n\nDinner\n\n\n\nWednesday April 2nd\n\nNebraska Breakfast\n\nMeetings with the Nebraska Delegation\n\nLunch\n\n\n\nTravel and lodging costs are the responsibility of registrants.\n\nAdditional details will be provided upon registration.
