Name: Ag Partners Tour 2017
Date: September 20, 2017
Time: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM CDT
Event Description:
The Columbus Area Agribusiness Committee is hosting the 13th Annual Ag Partners Tour.  The tour is to raise awareness of the impact of agriculture.  We feel this awareness is the first step towards growing the economic impact of agriculture in Nebraska, the state's biggest industry.

The future of agriculture is synonymous with the future of Nebraska.  While we enjoy a diversified economy in our state, it is common sense that a state must protect its #1 industry.  The Columbus region is witness to the impact of agriculture and ag-related industries on a diversified local economy.
The tour will leave from Reg's 7-Mile Mini Mart parking lot (7 miles south of Columbus on Hwy 81) at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20th.

This year's tour hosts are: Jisa Farmstead Cheese, Barcel Mill, and Tuls Dairies.

Dinner will be approximately 6:30 p.m. back at Reg's.  Transportation, dinner, and drinks will be provided by the Agribusiness Committee of the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, through the sponsorship of First National Bank,
Pillen Family Farms, Pinnacle Bank, Farm Credit Services of America, CSS Farms, Columbus Bank, Bank of the Valley, West Point Implement of Columbus, Great Plains State Bank, and Cargill Meat Solutions.
